Training

End User Training:

The key successfully using any product is to make sure that the end users are comfortable and familiar with its use. Training is offered at every level of competency and in every aspect of the student information system.

Hands-On Tech, LLC provides training sessions in-house with all supplied materials. As our name implies we prefer to do our trainings in Hands-On environments with actual data so participants can learn what is relevant to them. For any training we provide there is an added bonus of technical support for the trainees for ninety days after the session. We don't want anyone to walk away confused or unsure and not have the connection to ask the question they need answered. Only through accurate and constant communication can trainees become comfortable with the work and the system they are using.

Training is offered onsite at your location for groups or individuals or online via remote webinars for small groups or individuals.  All training participants will have access to materials and support personnel to whom they can direct questions after the program.
